If you’ve been wondering why the blog has been a little quiet lately — yep… life happened.
Christmas happened.
Kids happened.
Work happened.
And then… I got sick.
Like properly sick. For about three weeks. The kind where you fully intend to do something productive and instead end up lying on the couch wondering what day it is 😅
And on top of that, my day job got really busy — which meant Little Cutlery quietly sat on the back burner for a bit.
So yeah — things slowed down.
But here’s a proper little update.
Behind the scenes lately:
✔ We rebuilt our website from scratch after leaving Etsy
✔ We manually rescued and re-uploaded all our reviews (one painful click at a time)
✔ We tweaked products, photos, and options
✔ We survived Christmas
✔ We survived being sick 😅
✔ And we survived a very busy work period
Orders haven’t been flying in yet — and that’s okay — because I haven’t actually pushed advertising properly so far. That’s the next big step.
So what’s next?
Our focus now is getting Little Cutlery out there:
– Running our first proper ads
– Figuring out what works (and what really doesn’t)
– Slowly building traffic instead of just hoping people magically find us
This business started at home, around our family, and it’s still very much run that way — which means sometimes real life has to come first.
But we’re here, we’re building, and we’re excited to see where this goes.
