At Little Cutlery, we take great pride in creating personalised, engraved cutlery sets made specially for your little ones. Because each item is custom made to order, we handle returns a little differently to standard retail stores.
Our goal is to ensure every customer receives a beautiful, high-quality product they love.
🧒 1. Personalised Items (Custom Engraved Cutlery)
Because your cutlery is engraved with a name you choose, it cannot be returned or refunded for the following reasons:

Change of mind

Wrong font choice

You changed the spelling after ordering

You no longer need the item

Incorrect name provided during checkout
📌 We engrave exactly what is typed in the personalisation field.
We strongly recommend double-checking spelling before placing your order.
🛠 2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will always replace or refund an item if:

It arrives damaged

There is a quality issue with the product

The engraving is incorrect due to our mistake

The wrong item or design was sent
If any of these occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue

A short description of the problem
We will offer:

A replacement, OR

A refund (if replacement isn’t suitable)
There is no cost to you for returning or replacing faulty items.
📦 3. Non-Personalised Items
If we sell any non-engraved accessories in the future, they may be eligible for a standard return within 14 days, provided:

The item is unused

In original packaging
-
In resalable condition
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
⏱ 4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before engraving has begun.
Once engraving has started, your order is considered custom and cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.

If your refund has been approved but not received:
