Little Cutlery (a brand under Presto’s Laser Engraving) sells personalized engraved children’s cutlery and related products.

2. Personalized Products

All personalized cutlery is made to order. The engraving text is copied exactly as entered by the customer.

We are not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect personalization details submitted during checkout.

Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged except in cases of:

  • Our engraving error

  • Product defect

  • Damage during delivery

  • Incorrect item sent

3. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep all product information, pricing, and images accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors

  • Update pricing

  • Cancel any orders affected by incorrect information
    (You will be contacted if this happens.)

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment methods accepted:

  • Credit / debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Any other methods offered at checkout

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only.
We will always aim to meet or exceed expected time frames.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect addresses supplied by customers

  • Packages lost due to address errors

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before engraving begins.

Once engraving has started, the order becomes custom and cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you need a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.

You must not use our site or products for:
