Shipping policy

📦 1. Processing & Engraving Time

All cutlery sets are engraved to order.
Our standard processing time is:

⏱ 1–3 business days

During busy periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Easter), processing may be 3–5 days.

We work hard to ensure orders go out as fast as possible while maintaining perfect engraving quality.


🚚 2. Shipping Methods (Australia Only)

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
Available options at checkout:

Standard Shipping

  • 3–8 business days

  • Includes tracking

  • Most affordable option

Express Post

  • 1–3 business days (depending on your location)

  • Includes tracking

  • Fastest delivery option

Actual delivery times depend on AusPost network conditions and your region.


🔍 3. Tracking Your Order

All orders include a tracking number, emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

🧸 4. Shipping Rates

Calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Your postcode

  • Order weight

  • Your selected delivery method

We keep shipping fees as low as possible and do not add handling charges.


📬 5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Little Cutlery cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realise there is a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — before engraving begins or before dispatch.


🛑 6. Delays

We are not responsible for:

  • Australia Post delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Public holiday slowdowns

  • Regional delivery backlogs

Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery speed is outside our control — but we will assist you with tracking if needed.


💥 7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product

  2. Contact us within 7 days

  3. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post and replace the item if necessary

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with Australia Post to locate it.
If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement.


🌏 8. International Shipping (Optional)

If you are not offering this, I can remove this section.

We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
